Information you provide
When you make an enquiry, we collect the contact and venue or event details you submit. We use them to respond, assess the opportunity and manage the resulting business conversation. We do not use the enquiry form to subscribe you to marketing.
How information is handled
Enquiries are stored for the Flossin’ team in a restricted inbox. The website and its hosting infrastructure process the information to operate the service. When email notifications are enabled, our email delivery provider (Resend) processes the enquiry details to send them to the Flossin’ team. We do not sell enquiry information. We retain it while it is needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and review it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information by contacting us. Applicable rights and any information we need to retain depend on the circumstances. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This site does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Videos are served by this website rather than embedded from a third-party video platform. The hosting service may use essential security or sign-in cookies. Team access uses ChatGPT authentication.
